Product strategy and platform improvements
 

• Led product development for CodePath Readiness Levels, shaping a gamified career readiness journey to serve 20,000 plus learners annually. Launched the pilot and full-scale rollout, improving learner retention by 7 percent and increasing NPS by 8 points across courses.

• Scoped and launched the Student Hub, a central platform experience consolidating learner tasks, requirements, events, and course resources into one place. This reduced fragmentation and improved student engagement across multiple learning pathways.

AI Skills Readiness and Employer Aligned Research

• Led industry-wide AI workforce skills research to identify priority AI competencies for early career engineers, informing CodePath’s next-generation curriculum strategy.

• Translated AI hiring signals and employer research into a new applied AI learning pathway, updates to existing courseware for stronger AI alignment, and a topics roadmap for AI workshops delivered by industry professionals.

Learner Experience Improvements

• Led course-by-course retros that synthesized qualitative student feedback and course performance data to identify barriers, strengths, and opportunities across all learning pathways.

• Redesigned the survey strategy and insights reporting approach to help product, curriculum, operations, and instruction teams more effectively act on student feedback and performance data.

• Introduced and modeled a lightweight experimentation framework that helped teams design, test, and measure new learning initiatives and experiments within live cohorts, supporting a more evidence-driven culture across the organization.
